Scoutmaster Minute: PLC scouts, please note the changed day for the PLC meeting.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the scouts and adults who helped to make our 26th annual Turkey Creek Cookout a great success. We fed almost 140 people including scouts, some of whom ate enough for 2 or 3 people. I wish I could list everybody by name who helped but I know I would leave someone out. Please know that your efforts are very much appreciated and critical to the overall success of this activity. I do want to specifically recognize John Combs and Ron Beitle, who took the bull by the proverbial horns with logistical preparation and planning. I know that they will each say they had a lot of help from every scout and adult present. Again I say Thank You to everybody.
